Daughter Is Not Pleased

Pearl L. Dingman has filed in the Marion county probate court a demurrer and objections to the guardianship of the estate of her father, A. H. Damon, who is an inmate of the state insane asylum, by her uncle, N. J. Damon. She alleges that at the time of Damon's appointment that he was unfriendly, not only toward the man whose estate he is in charge of, but also to the petitioner. She claims that her father has a life estate interest in and to three city lots of the value of $700, and that he has other property of the value of $75. She petitions the court, through her attorneys, J. A. Jeffrey and T. M. Fleming, that A. Olinger be appointed guardian, and be placed in charge of her father's property.
