CITY AFFAIRS.
BOARD OF HEALTH.
Richmond, 6 o'clock, P. M., July 23d.
Present—Messrs. John Caskie. (President, M. S. Valentine, James Evans, William Palmer and Joseph C. Wingfield.
The Board have to report 10 cases of cholera as occurring in the city during the last 48 hours, of which 3 have terminated fatally, 3 are convalescent, and 4 still under treatment.
One of the cases reported on Saturday has since terminated fatally.
The Board adjourned to meet again at 5 o'clock, P. M., Tuesday, 24th inst.
