Happy New Year Wished to Nation

New Year's messages to the people of the United States issued Thursday by high Government officials and many persons of standing in public life laid special emphasis on the peaceful and neutral stand taken by this country in the world war and carried the hope that the coming year will bring peace and prosperity as well to all the nations of the globe.
