At the meeting of the American Bar Association held at Saratoga, N. Y., last week, Senator George Gray was elected vice president; Judge Ignatius C. Grubb, member for Delaware of the General Council; Anthony Higgins, George H. Bates and Willard Saulsbury, Jr., Esqs., members of local council for Delaware. Chief Justice Joseph P. Comegys, Edward G. Bradford, Esq., of Wilmington, and George V. Massey, Esq., of Dover, were elected members of the association. The Hon. Thomas J. Semmes, of Louisiana, was chosen president.
