PHILADELPHIA July.

From Charles-Town, in South Carolina, We learn, that Captain Oliver, in a Privateer belonging to Providence, brought Advice, that the Richmond Frigate, with all the Bahama Pilots on board, that were carried to Jamaica by the Bonetta, had been reconnoitring and surveying the Old Straits of Bahama, and the whole Track, quite to the Havanna, and was returned to join Sir George Pocock, on the Coast of Hispaniola, where a prodigious Armament was assembled
