We have received Spanish papers to the date of the 20th ult. containing important information. The troops of France in the whole range of Andalusia were proceeding to Portugal, to co-operate with Massena. On the 14th January, Soult, with about 12,000 men, entered Zafra. The enemy was hovering around Badajos; but his force in the immediate neighborhood of that fortress was only 20,000 cavalry and infantry.

The Conde de Penne was proceeding with the vanguard of the Spanish cavalry to reconnoitre the enemy, who had taken Olivenza. On the 10th January, the French commenced the burning of British manufactures at Seville.
