"A CELEBRATED CASE."

The Naugatuck Thespians are Ready for the Production Friday Night.

The costumes for the production of the drama, "A Celebrated Case," which is to be presented in Naugatuck on Friday evening, arrived yesterday, and the members of the cast were pleased with them, and the people who will be present on that evening will also be pleased. No point has been missed in the preparation of the production, and all the young ladies and gentlemen who are to take part have labored zealously and the result will be a splendid entertainment. There will be two rehearsals on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and both will be dress rehearsals. It is the most difficult drama that has ever been undertaken by amateurs, and all lovers of good acting will be more than pleased when they witness this play on Friday evening.

The coupon tickets will be given out from to-morrow morning until the night of the performance at McCarthy's news store in Naugatuck. All holding 35 or 50-cent seats can get reserved seats by calling at the store.

This play has been presented twice in Waterbury by the members of St. Joseph's society, and each production was an excellent one. Many who have seen the play here are still interested in it and they are now organizing theater parties to attend the performance on Friday evening. If there are any who have not yet secured tickets or seats and if they desire to sit together, if they will leave their names with E. L. Maloney, they will be taken care of.

It will be a gala night for Naugatuck, for about all in that borough are going to turn out to see the production. The admission prices are reasonable, so that the house will undoubtedly be packed to the doors.
