Rumors.—The Journal and Chronicle are out again with rumors of "insurgent movements," collection of arms, &c. &c. We do not believe such things to be—if there are, really, such attempts to create another panic, we think we are justified, fully, in saying that it meets the entire disapprobation of the Suffrage party in this State, who are as far from wishing to see such a state of things as are their opponents. Many, very many of the Suffrage party were opposed to such forcible measures as have already taken place, and we believe it to be the ardent desire of the whole party to see no more such.
