Little Wandre, the 7-year-old boy of Mr. and Mrs. William Jacobson, of Uniontown, fell overboard at the end of the street car line about 8 o'clock last evening, falling a distance of about 20 feet and lighting on the rocks below, fracturing his skull badly on the left side.

Dr. Estes was called to see the child and finding that an operation was necessary, called in Dr. Lackey to assist him.

The operation of trephining was performed, the broken skull bone thereby, four inches in size, was raised from the brain and the physicians left the boy in a conscious condition at a late hour.
