Monday, September 16, 1811.

The latest accounts from England are to July the 26th. On the 24th, at the close of the session of Parliament, the Lord Chancellor delivered a speech in behalf of the Prince Regent, in which he congratulates the nation on the success of the army under Lord Wellington ; the reduction of the island of Mauritius, the last and most important colony of the French in that quarter of the world, and the financial relief which has been afforded to Ireland. Parliament stands prorogued to the 22d of August—At the above date the state of the King's health was very low.
