The following bills were read and allowed and warrants ordered drawn in payment thereof:
Grosvenor Gamble printing and publishing............ 13.25
C. W. Williams rent for council room for July......... 5.00
E. Hernor, marshal salary, 11 days.............. 14.00
Bill of Thos A. Kinch for services as clerk and extra work on water bonds for $16 read. On motion of Councilman Covington, seconded by Councilman Thompson, the bill was tabled for further consideration.
Committee on watering cement walks report that at a small cost, the city could dampen walks and make them more serviceable. The committee was instructed to have the work done at the expense of the city.
Committee on repair of the tool house for council room reported that such action was not advisable and recommended that the council drop the matter. The report was adopted and committee discharged.
The committee on the sidewalk grades reported recommendation for a drop of grade on Wyoming avenue at the corner of Ontario St.
Councilman Thompson moved that the grade at said corner be dropped .7 of a foot below the present crossing. Covington seconded and the motion carried unanimously.

The council took under advisement the establishment of a sidewalk grade on Wyoming avenue from Ontario street to the depot, and the report will be read at the next meeting.
Councilman Homan moved that the city procure chloride of lime to disinfect vaults and cess-pools within the city limits. Motion seconded and carried.
Application of Chas. Bray for superintendent of water system construction, should the city decide to build its own plant, received by the council and taken under advisement.
Mayor Cook appointed Councilmen Thompson, Homan and Covington a committee to repair the new wind mill.
On motion adjourned to Monday evening July 11th, 1910, at 8:00 p. m.
