FEDERAL CITY.

Premiums of 500 dollars, or medals of that value, at the option of the parties, have been offered by the Commissioners of the Federal Buildings, in the new city of Washington, for PLANS of the President's House, &c.—of a Capitol, to contain a Conference Room; a Room for the Representatives, sufficient to accommodate 300 persons each—and a Lobby, or Anti-Chamber to the latter: A Senate-Room of 1200 square feet area: An Anti-Chamber. Or Lobby to the last—12 rooms of 600 square feet area each, for Committee-rooms, and clerk's offices.

To be built of brick. The plans to be given before 15th July next.
