The Friendship Guild met at Mrs. Helen Mitchell's home with assistant hostesses Velma Tann and Leah Dukes. The program on 'The American Indian' was led by Mrs. Madge Strong, assisted by Mrs. Rose Rossbach and Mrs. Leita Smith. They decided to hold a card party fundraiser on Saturday, February 4 at 8:00 p.m. in the Educational building on South street for the building fund. Tickets are 50 cents, available from guild members, church office at 113 South St., or at the door. All members and friends are encouraged to attend for entertainment and to help pay off the new parsonage mortgage.
