Trial of Malapar.—Yesterday the case of the people vs. Antoine Malapar and others, to the jurors unknown, for a conspiracy, was tried in the Court of Oyer and Terminer, now sitting in this city, which occupied the Court until 9 o'clock last evening, when the jury, after retiring for a short time, found a verdict of Guilty, as to Malapar who alone was tried. "It came out in the course of the trial, among other things, that Malapar issued seventy two thousand dollars of his notes on the day the indictment was found."
