Billings Man Will Speak at Lincoln Day Event, Ronan

RONAN - Dr. Howard Hultgren, Billings, president of the Montana Young Republicans, will be the speaker at the Lake County Republican Lincoln Day dinner in the Ronan Masonic temple at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, Don Gottwig, Polson, dinner chairman, announced this week.

Final plans for the dinner will be made at a meeting of the Lake County Republican club in Polson at the court house at 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 29, he said. The dinner is being sponsored by the club.

Dr. Hultgren was recently appointed president of the Young Republicans to succeed John D. Irwin, Billings attorney, who was killed in a plane crash late last year. He has been active in the republican party on a precinct and county level.

Tickets will go on sale, following Friday's meeting, throughout the county.
