It is due to ourselves to state, says the Reporter, that we renewed the charge against Mr. Kendall, which had been often made without any serious attempt on his part to meet it, in no spirit of wanton malice. By his repetition of his outrageous libels upon Mr. Clay, and utter want of regard for the feelings and characters of others which he has recently as heretofore displayed, he has divested himself of all claims to courtesy or forbearance.
