(By Associated Press)
PARIS, June 29.—Secretary Byrnes was reported today to continue his insistence that the peace conference of 21 of the United Nations be held some time this summer, while Commissar Molotov is said to be just as insistent that the Big Four come to a decision on peace treaties for the Axis satellites.
It was stated that a settlement on Trieste does not seem likely, though the tension was reported to have been relieved when news was received here that sailors on the United States cruiser Fargo, anchored in the harbor at Trieste, were given shore liberty today.
