LITIGATION.

At the late March term of our quarterly court, about three hundred causes appeared on the docket. One creditor alone brought ninety. We do not mention this as at all wonderful in itself, but to show the immense disparity in litigation between this and a county not more than 36 miles distant—we mean Morgan—in which, at the last term, there were but EIGHT! We hope our citizens will not take the alarm, and emigrate. If we are not free from
"th' insolence
which patient merit from the unworthy takes,
Th' oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely,"
we are at least from
—"the law's delay,
a consummation devoutly to be wished."
