Full Text
Feb. 13. A few days ago a servant in a tradesman's family having bought for his master a parcel of coloured wafers, accidentally left them in a room where there were two children, a fine boy and girl, about four years old. The children having caught hold of them swallowed a large quantity, and in a few hours afterwards expired in great agony.— This melancholy event should be a caution to parents and others, not to suffer wafers to lie within the reach of children, as all the coloured ones contain a composition of strong poison.
