MR. TERRELL IN BARNWELL.
He Addresses the Largest Meeting There Since the Days of '76.
[Special to the Register.]
BARNWELL, October 4.—Hon. Ben Terrell spoke here to-day to fully twenty-five hundred people. It was the largest crowd assembled here since Hampton days in '76. The stage was tastefully decorated with cotton bagging and native products of every kind.
Mr. Terrell spoke eloquently, and he was cheered during his whole speech. The alliance men were delighted with his talk. Terrell to-day was the Hampton of '76.
