Camp Lejeune Girl And Marine Injured In Accident On Davis Road
Two persons were injured, one seriously yesterday afternoon when the car in which they were riding about eight miles north of Wilmington overturned on a straight-away stretch of U. S. 17.
Injured was Miss Jeanne Razzette, 1223 Butler drive, Camp Lejeune, and her companion, Pfc. Irving Samuel Fields, Marine, who was listed as a resident of the District Branch postoffice, Camp Lejeune.
Condition Good
Miss Razzette suffered "severe" lacerations of the mouth and face, and what hospital attaches termed as "a possible fracture" to her right leg. She was taken to James Walker Memorial hospital where her condition was said to be "good" last night.
