HITLER WORRIED OVER UNREST IN PART OF FRANCE.

ANNOUNCES INTENTION TO OCCUPY ALL OF TERRITORY DUE TO FEAR OF POSSIBLE REVOLT.

LONDON, Nov. 11.—Hitler's announced intention to occupy all of France is believed here in military circles to be due to the steady growth of unrest in unoccupied France.

Military men here say that the Germans' occupation of all of France will prove disadvantageous to them on four points:

1. It will compel Hitler to spread out and therefore thin out his forces of occupation;

2. It ends all hope that Vichy may still entertain to join the Axis powers;

3. It is likely to precipitate internal dissension;

4. It is likely to cause the quicker collapse of France.
