Newcastle, May 22. On Saturday the Master of a Vessel cleared here for St. Sebastian, in Spain, with a Loading of Coals; but was afterwards (by the Honesty of the Mate, to whom he had discovered his Intentions) detected, not only of using a fictitious Name for himself and Ship, but also of his being directly bound for Bourdeaux in France.

The Vessel is stopped on the said Account, and a Pass from under the French King's Hand has been since found in the Master's Custody, in whose Service, we hear, he had engaged his Vessel for five Months.
