Fine Looking, But Padded to Kill.

High-Constable Bissonnette and Detective Fahey of Montreal, handed George Wolffe, otherwise Count DeWolffe, to the American officers from Philadelphia, last week. To a reporter the High-Constable said, "DeWolffe is certainly a fine-looking fellow, but bless you, he's all make up. When we searched him we found that he wore corsets and had his calves padded and we were literally afraid that he would fall to pieces." In DeWolffe's valise were found letters from a number of "ladies"--including some, it is said, from St. Albans.
