Berlin, Nov. 27.—The effect of King Edward's generous tribute to the memory of the late Count Von Hatzfeldt Wildenberg, the former ambassador to the Court of St. James, in paying full military honors to the body while on its way from the German embassy in London to Victoria railroad station, is already visible in the milder tone of the utterances of the newspapers here, some of which comment on the impolitic character of the recent anti-British demonstrations in Germany growing out of Colonial Secretary Chamberlain's Edinburgh speech.
