Washington Dec. 15.-Prominent members of the house express the opinion that little else than appropriation bills and possibly a bill for the admission of the territories agreed upon in caucus will pass the house this session. On the land forfeiture bills the difference between the house and senate is of so radical a character that it is certain that the house will not recede from its position. Judge Holman, who has these bills in charge on the part of the house, will not recede from his position of last session and he expressed the opinion that the bills will die for want of agreement by the two houses.
