June 5. We hear that a Cause was last Saturday determin'd in the Court of Exchequer, wherein a poor Sailor was Plaintiff, concerning a Bill of Sale of the Plaintiff's Share in the rich Prizes at Kinfale in Ireland, and afterwards confirmed by some other Writings made here; both were set aside, and the Purchasers decreed to be allowed no more than the real Money advanced, with Interest, and to pay the Sailor his Costs. And we also hear, there is an Application for an Act of Parliament, to enforce these Decrees against such Purchasers as live in Ireland.
