Full Text

This is going to be (when it gets thoroughly warmed up), one of the warmest and most interesting political canvasses ever experienced in Nevada. Two years ago a gentleman of splendid abilities as a public speaker took a very prominent part in the campaign. He and Hon. Thos. Wren traveled in company. He was a most valuable auxiliary, and his speeches were everywhere received with delight and enthusiasm. We refer to Mr. H. F. Bartine. We trust that he may not be lost sight of by the State Central Committee, but that he will be sought in his modest retirement and persuaded again to let his eloquent voice be heard. He is one of the most winning talkers we have ever had in the State.
