The Second District.—The members of the Republican State central committee in Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil and Harford counties, composing the second congressional district, have issued a call to the voters of said counties to meet in primary meetings on Saturday, September 28, to select delegates to county conventions to be held on Monday, September 30, which conventions are to elect delegates to meet in district convention at Havre de Grace, Harford county, Tuesday, October 1, to nominate a Republican candidate for Congress for said district.
