Edward C Kelley, Special Assistant to the United States Attorney General, Washington, D C. was an arriving passenger to-day by airplane from Fairbanks and Juneau. He was accompanied by his wife and son.

Mr. Kelly has been assigned to the Reindeer Acquisition headed by Chas G Burdick for the purpose of handling the legal phases of the government's program to acquire ownership of all reindeer owned by white interests, under congressional authority.

Mr. Kelly will make his office directly across the hall in the Federal Bldg. from the Reindeer Office, on the main floor.
