FOUR MANCHESTER HOMES ARE LOOTED

Dwellings Entered Friday Night While Occupants Were Away.

Manchester, Ohio. - Four homes were visited by robbers here Friday night while the occupants were Christmas shopping.

Local talent is suspected.

All four houses were ransacked completely, drawers being pulled out and beds torn up in search of money. From the Jasper McCleary home a woman's wrist watch and some money formed the loot. Next door the John Lewis home, beds were torn up but $30 hidden in a bed was overlooked. The next neighbor's home was that of Sam Bartholomew where a small sum of money was obtained.

Passing up five houses the robbers next visited the Ralph Foster home but left without loot. Unlocked rear doors provided easy entrance. Sheriff Charles Mack is investigating.
