ENGAGED IN BRAWL.

Coloreds and Mexicans have a difficulty at Carrizo.

Carrizo Tex., Nov. 15—Company K of the Twenty-sixth Infantry has arrived here from Laredo in command of Captain Dalton. Several of them were given permission to remain in the city. During a brawl, which occurred in a billiard and gambling room between two privates and some Mexicans, Rufugio Salines was shot and instantly killed and one soldier received a wound in the hand. The soldiers implicated were turned over to the authorities by Captain Dalton and are now in jail.
