AQUARIUM WORK MAY SHUT DOWN

OPERATIONS WILL CEASE TODAY PROVIDING NO FUNDS ARE RECEIVED

Unless there is an immediate increase in FERA allotments for Key West or other orders are received, the aquarium project will be shut down today.

This would have been closed down with the others Thursday afternoon had it not been that the forms for the concrete panels of the tanks were in place and would be permanently injured in the event of rain.

To avoid this it was decided to pour the concrete and complete the eastern side of the structure with the tanks in readiness for the glass fronts.
