WASHINGTON-(SNS)-President Franklin Roosevelt condemned the Dies committee Tuesday, declaring that the group had allowed itself "to be used in a flagrantly unfair and un-American attempt to influence an election."
The committee headed by Congressman Dies has been investigating un-American activities in America.
