Benjamin G. Harris, Congressman of Maryland, has been arrested and now on trial at Washington for treason. The specific charge against him is, that he attempted to persuade paroled prisoners of Lee's army to break their parole and join other rebel armies. This is the same Harris who was in the Democratic National Convention at Chicago a year ago, and made such violent speeches against McClellan, outraging the feelings of that body by his secession slang, &c. He was hissed down, denounced as traitor, and in the confusion got knocked down.
