Man And Woman Found Dead At A Health Resort Hut

(By The Associated Press)

ROME, July 18, -The bodies of Mrs. Edwin F. Thompson of New York and Nedham Walter Scott, 49, British manager in Italy of the American Express Company, were found today in a cabin at the sulphur baths of Acque Albule, near Tivoli, according to a preliminary report received by the American consulate here.

Both Mrs. Thompson and Scott were dressed in bathing suits and their bodies were at opposite ends of the same cabin. Mixed bathing in the sulphur waters is customary and a usual routine at the health resort. Early unofficial accounts tentatively attributed the deaths to carbon monoxide.
