THE DRAFT AND THE POOR MAN.

The poor and those who cannot afford to hire a substitute, should remember one fact, to-wit: that the Union men of the whole country are doing everything possible to free their district from the draft, while the Copperheads do little, and generally are hindering, by every possible means. Their papers have for two years been so souring the minds of their followers that none of them feel disposed to enlist. Thus are they making a draft inevitable, and thus involving the poor, while the Unionists are exempting this class, by procuring voluntary enlistments. Who, then, is the enemy of the poor man? Let the Copperheads answer.
