SINCE the arrival in the West-Indies of
Generals Liberty and Equality, who have been
powerfully aided by Generals Rigaud and Tou-
saint, the Brigadiers, Generals Disease, Disor-
der, and Carnage have made immense ravages.
General Complaint has been very loud in his de-
nunciations against them; and General Em-
bargo has often blocked up the ports in vain.-
At length General Resentment, (an American by
birth) has been exasperated, and threatens them
with punishment.--His second in command
General Starvation, has already sat down before
several of the strong holds of St. Domingo; and
as stone walls are no obstruction to him, it is
expected that he will force General Hedouville
to capitulate, and put General Insurrection in
requisition, unless the speedy return of General
Juice or General Peace, leads the way to Gen-
erals Amity and Accommodation. In that case
they may speedily expect General Supply.
