SHOOTING AFFRAY.-About eight o'clock last night, a young man named Copley, a brother of Policeman Copley, as we are informed, was shot by a young man named John Knapke, in the alley in the rear of Turner Hall. The ball entered the nose and lodged under the left eye, making a very painful, but not a serious wound. The cause of the shooting could not be learned fully, but a disgraceful affair was said to be connected with it. Young Copley was taken to his home in Lamasco, and Dr. Bray sent for to dress the wound. As far as could be learned at a late hour, young Knapke was not arrested. It is an unfortunate affair. Young Knapke is the son of a widow lady in the city, and was in the employ of Dr. Muhlhausen a year ago.
