ENGLAND.
The ship Electra, from Cowes, 17th March arrived at Philadelphia, brings London dates to the 15th, and the Hampshire Telegraph of the 17th. The following is from the Philadelphia Gazette.
The continental advices are no later than those previously received; but by this arrival, we have the important information that the pain in his Britannic majesty's hand and wrist had subsided! Mr. Canning continued ill: but lord Liverpool had so far recovered from the effects of the severe cold by which he had been afflicted, as to be able to receive the foreign ambassadors and ladies, at a dinner.
