VISITOR IN TOWN

Judge Joseph H. Kibbey, one of the recognized authorities on irrigation law on the Pacific coast, was a Kingman visitor yesterday, coming here from Phoenix to look after legal matters for clients. It is understood that he will be a candidate for the United States senate at the forthcoming election, on the Republican ticket. Judge Kibbey has many friends in northern Arizona who would like to see him successful, but it would appear that fate and Democratic votes will be against him this year.
