Full Text

Paris, July 13. O. S. It's now very much question'd whether a Camp will be formed upon the Moselle, the Court seeming willing to avoid giving Umbrage to the Parties interested in the Affair of Jülich and Berg, that they may have no new Motives of refusing the Propositions for an Accommodation, that have been made upon this Subject. The King, to shew his Satisfaction with the Services of the Marquis de Fénelon, his Ambassador to the States General, some Time ago made him Camp-Marshal, and afterwards Governor of Quesnoy; and as a further Recompence, has now declared him Lieutenant General of his Armies.
