It must give great pleasure to every one to see that the people of this province have gone so much into the raising of wheat the summer past. There have been brought for sale within a few days upwards of 20 tons of fine flour, well bolted, equal in quality, if not superior, to any imported from the other governments; it sold at the rate of 51. 15s. per 100 weight. Chiefly brought from the frontier towns, one hundred miles from hence. Eight tons were brought from Northfield, and it is said forty tons more are expected from that town, besides great quantities from other towns.
