Sundown Events In Weekly Letter

Sundown—Mr. and Mrs. Miller Jensen, Mrs. Mary Nelson and Clifford Nelson visited at the James Sorenson and A. G. Olson homes at Storden Sunday.

Mrs. Leuther Haack, Sylvia Meyer and Mrs. Herman Tonak gave a miscellaneous shower for Mrs. Lloyd Thorston at the church parlors Saturday afternoon.

Games were played and lunch served.

Mr. and Mrs. Senius Jensen visited their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Ramthun and family at Byron during the week.

Tony Christensen is employed at the Nels Groff farm at Milroy.

Mr. and Mrs. Lester Stewig of New Avon and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Wendt and daughters of Springfield visited at the Senius Jensen home Sunday.

Mildred Lawrence of Rochester is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Lawrence.

Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Meyer, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Jensen, Richard Jensen and Clifford Nelson were Cobden visitors Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Tonak transacted business at Sleepy Eye Friday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Brazil of North Redwood called at the Carl Jensen home Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. J. P. Kagel of Clements spent Thursday afternoon with her sister Mrs. Miller Jensen.

Mrs. Carrie Jensen and Mrs. Gus Ziegenhagen drove to New Ulm Sunday and visited Mrs. Warren Stewart who is a hospital patient.

Mrs. Lloyd Thorston enjoyed a visit from her mother Mrs. Parsons of Redwood Falls Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Werner attended a party at the Ervin Burzinger home near Sanborn Thursday evening, in honor of Lloyd Werner who celebrated his birthday.

Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Anderson are the parents of a son born at the hospital at Springfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Werner visited the latter's parents Mr. and Mrs. Ed Krueger at Springfield Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Tom Tindeland and family attended the wedding of Mrs. Tindeland's sister at Westbrook.

Mr. and Mrs. John Rongstad of Storden called on friends here last week.

Mr. and Mrs. Leander Meyer and family and Mrs. Tilda Jensen and Alva visited at Redwood Falls Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Lipetzky entertained relatives from Waseca several days last week.

Francis Lipetzky enjoyed a duck hunting trip in northern Minnesota last week.
