Bring Order Out of Chaos
by Purging Relief"

LINCOLN, Neb., March 2.- Gov. Alfred M. Landon, of Kansas, Saturday night in a nationally broadcast address called upon Republicans to make clear to the needy that "changes we have pledged will bring order out of chaos by purging Federal relief of partisanship, waste, and impotence."

Beyond his attack on Federal relief policies, Gov. Landon charged the New Deal Administration with discrimination in agricultural policies and "political debauch" of civil service. He urged "a sound and stable monetary system and more effective budget-making by the Chief Executive."
