VINCENT ASTOR WILL NOT ATTEND FATHER'S WEDDING

Indignantly Denies He Has Been Very Attentive to Miss Force. Sister of Prospective Mother-in-Law.

Newport, R. I.-Vincent Astor said he had no knowledge of the plans of his father in regard to his marriage. To his friends Vincent said he would not be at the wedding, wherever it takes place, and he indignantly denied the story that he had been attentive to Miss Force, sister of his prospective mother-in-law.

Scores of young women condoled with Vincent yesterday on his defeat at the Casino courts by J. Stacy Brown, Jr., the principal consolers being Miss Roberta Willard and Miss Elizabeth Sands. Vincent is attentive to each of these handsome and popular young women.
