A New Railroad.—Mr. George E. Pritchett, who did business in Charleston some years ago, and is now engaged in the naval stores trade, has recently given an illustration of his business energy—he is constructing, at his own expense, a complete line of railroad from Lawson's Station to the town of Manning, on the North-eastern Railroad, a distance of twelve miles. The road is equipped with a small locomotive and other rolling stock, and is used for transporting material for shipment and distillation in connection with Mr. Pritchett's extensive works.
