State Prison tenants.—On Saturday last, the Superior Court, closed its session at Exeter. The following persons, indicted for criminal offences, were sentenced to the States Prison, to serve from 2 to 5 years—viz:—Benjamin Conner, Noah Brown, and — a— Davis, for counterfeiting; — Remick, for breaking open the store of Jacob Wendell in this town; a black, for breaking open the store of Leonard Serratt in do.; an Irishman for theft in Exeter; a boy for stealing money in Concord; Asa Clay, for sheep-stealing, in Stratham.
