Boys, Read This!--To obtain the services of a person who will prove faithful to your interests. in your absence, is an exceedingly difficult matter. We have had some experience in this line ourself. In some instances we have been fortunate in securing the services of faithful men; in others, we have been disappointed.
For the man or boy who will neglect his duties during the employer's absence we have a most thorough contempt. We view him as little superior to a common robber; and, in one sense, is more despicable, because he not only robs you, but proves himself unworthy of the confidence you had reposed in him.
The faithful, honest, trustworthy boy or man, we highly esteem, His services cannot well be estimated in dollars and cents. Such an one will always find employment; and when he once be- comes known, and has established him. self in the confidence of the parties with whom he is connected, he will be a made man."
