Seeks to Recover $3,500 for Injury to Horses Shipped Over Road.

Iowa Falls. Feb. 4.--The Rock Island road has been made defendant in an action brought for damages by H. G. McMillan, the well known horseman of northern Iowa. Some months ago. Mr. McMillan, who is an extensive shipper of blooded draft horses, shipped a car of horses over the Rock Island road. He now claims that the horses were injured while in transit, and seeks to recover $3,500 in the courts as damages.
